Learn to work with Claude, ChatGPT and whichever tool fits the job: handling documents, analysing Excel files, preparing reports and trying out workflow automation. Sessions are live and in person, and the program is shaped around your experience, the software you already use and the work you want to get done with less effort.

How do we work with Excel?
Excel practice starts with a concrete question: what do you want to learn from the spreadsheet, or which calculation do you need? We work on a copy of the file, clean the data, build the formulas or summaries and then verify the numbers. You learn to spot wrong ranges, missing values and AI conclusions that aren't backed by the data. There are two ways to work: analysing the Excel file inside an AI tool, or working in Excel itself with an AI add-in — we agree which one fits your account and software.
What do you take away?
The files you built during the session, task templates and the steps to repeat the work. In broader programs, also a description of the chosen process and a plan for the next steps.
How does the training run?

What does AI training cost?
The price depends on duration, the number of participants, the location and the preparation your tasks require. Send us a short description of your needs and we'll come back with a program and a quote. Any tool subscriptions you'll need are discussed before the training.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need programming knowledge?
Not for the core training. More advanced automation topics are chosen based on the participants' experience and systems.
Do you only teach Claude?
No — we can work with Claude, ChatGPT and other suitable tools. We agree on one main environment before the session so most of the time goes into practice.
Can we use our own Excel files?
Yes, agreed in advance. An anonymised copy or demo data with the same structure works well.
Can email, documents and other software be connected?
We assess what's possible based on the service, your account plan and permissions. You learn to separate reading information from taking action (for example, sending an email). If no connection exists, we can discuss a separate integration project.
Are subscriptions included in the price?
Required accounts and paid plans are listed in the proposal and agreed before the program is confirmed.
Will the process run automatically after the training?
During training we build a practical piece of work or a prototype within the agreed scope. A continuously running integration needs additional implementation, testing and maintenance, which we scope separately.
Where does the training take place?
Training is live and in person: at your company or at an agreed venue. The location and travel terms are confirmed in the proposal.
