Training for managers
AI training for managers: reports, decisions and team work
This training helps you apply AI in practice when preparing decisions and organising daily work. We work with reports, performance figures, meeting material and the tasks that keep coming back to a manager's desk.
Discuss training for managersWhich management tasks do we cover?
- Performance report summaries: results, deviations and questions for the team.
- Plan versus actuals in Excel: hours, budget, deadlines and missing data.
- Decision options: comparison criteria, assumptions and risks.
- Meetings: agendas, note summaries, owners and deadlines.
- A personal AI assistant: the context it needs and a standard for its answers.
- AI priorities for the team: what to try first and how to measure the benefit.
What does a practical task look like?
We take data from a project or department, build a plan-versus-actuals comparison, flag what's unclear and draw up a list of questions for the next team meeting. You learn to check the numbers and tell facts apart from AI interpretation.
What do you build during the session?
A process for preparing a chosen report or decision, AI instructions tailored to it, and a plan for the first attempt with your team: who owns it, the starting situation and the date you review results.
